My Drive — all your files and IT Live in one place
<h2>What's in your Drive?</h2><p>Your IT Live customer portal has a personal Drive with all your files:</p><ul><li><strong>Profiles</strong> — customer intelligence dossier (CBS data, KvK info, sector trends)</li><li><strong>Brochures</strong> — branded sales materials for your customers</li><li><strong>Invoices</strong> — all your IT Live invoices, downloadable as PDF</li><li><strong>Delivery</strong> — final report per project</li><li><strong>Strategy</strong> — the 9 documents as they were generated</li><li><strong>Logos</strong> — all your brand assets in SVG/PNG</li><li><strong>Website updates</strong> — changelog of what IT Live has changed on your site</li></ul><h3>Access</h3><p>Log in at <em>account.itlive.nl/customer_portal/my-files.php</em>. Filter via tabs (all / strategy / invoices / brochures). Search via the bar at the top.</p><h3>Sharing</h3><p>Click on a file → "Generate share link". Creates a one-time URL that works for 7 days. Audit log shows who downloaded the file.</p><h3>Privacy</h3><ul><li>Files stored outside web root (not accessible via direct URL)</li><li>Per-customer ID isolation</li><li>Strategy PDFs have a CONFIDENTIAL watermark + your reference number</li></ul>
