Link Meta Business Manager to IT Live

What We Need

To let IT Live manage your Meta campaigns, you'll need two things ready:

• A Facebook Business Manager account (free at business.facebook.com)
• A Facebook Page for your business (IT Live can create one for you if needed)

Step 1: Create a Business Manager Account

1. Go to business.facebook.com
2. Click Create Account → fill in company name, your name, and business email address
3. Verify your email via the link sent by Meta

Step 2: Connect Your Business Page

If you already have a Facebook page:

1. In Business Manager: Accounts → Pages → Add Page
2. Are you the owner? Choose "Claim Page". Not the owner? Request access.

Don't have a page yet? Let IT Live create one for you — we'll automatically set up the name, category, logo, and description based on your SBI code and Google My Business profile.

Step 3: Connect with IT Live

Once we've completed our Meta Developer App certification:

1. In IT Live: Settings → Meta → Connect Meta (blue button)
2. Meta will open a popup — log in with your Business Manager account
3. Grant permission for these scopes:

• pagesshowlist — view your page list
• pagesmanageposts — post management
• ads_management — campaign management
• instagram_basic — Instagram posts
• business_management — ads account + pixels

Security

• Access token is encrypted and stored at IT Live (AES-256-GCM)
• You can disconnect at any time — we'll remove the tokens immediately
• IT Live will never post anything without your consent (all plans go through approved status)
