App Store and Play Store Submission — What We Do

<h2>IT Live's Role</h2><p>We handle the entire submission process. You just need to provide: app icon (1024×1024), 4-6 screenshots from your preview, a brief description, and a privacy policy URL (we can generate one for you if you don't have it).</p><h3>What We Do</h3><ul><li><strong>Developer Accounts</strong> — we use our IT Live publishing account. Apps are published under "IT Live" or optionally under your company name (one-time €99 Apple Developer and €25 Google Play fee if you want your own account).</li><li><strong>App Store Connect</strong> — bundle, IPA upload, metadata, and screenshots in all 6 device resolutions (iPad, iPhone 6.7", 5.5", etc).</li><li><strong>Google Play Console</strong> — AAB upload, privacy declaration, content rating, and target API level.</li><li><strong>Review Questions</strong> — we answer Apple/Google reviewers' questions (on average 1-2 questions per submission).</li><li><strong>Updates</strong> — we also handle new versions (1-2 day turnaround).</li></ul><h3>Timeline</h3><ul><li>Day 1: build and upload to stores</li><li>Day 2-5: Apple review (average 24-48 hours for the first time)</li><li>Day 1-3: Google review</li><li><strong>Live: Day 5-7</strong></li></ul><h3>Frequently Asked Reviewer Questions</h3><ul><li><em>"What is the purpose of the login?"</em> → we provide a standard answer</li><li><em>"How is user data used?"</em> → privacy policy and GDPR statement</li><li><em>"Demo account for reviewers?"</em> → we create a test account</li></ul>
